ApiraSol at the IP Crime Conference 2024 in Curaçao

Panel discussion on Supply Chain Intelligence

The 2024 International Law Enforcement Intellectual Property Crime Conference took place on 23-25 September in Willemstad, Curaçao.

The team of attendees on behalf of ApiraSol included Axel Hein, Managing Director, Valeria Demirci, Brand protection consultant and Julia Zashchitina, Brand protection consultant.

They participated in the Breakout Session "Сonverting Incident Safety Data into Practical Applications" together with Michael Ellis and Michael Hill. Axel Hein presented a prototype of an interface developed by ApiraSol that displays incident data and how it is possible to study the origin and destination countries of dangerous products using the Supply Chain Intelligence solution provided by ApiraSol.

ApiraSol delivered a keynote presentation on Pharmaceutical Diversion and Counterfeiting from the perspective of Türkiye, highlighting the recent trends including the ways of smuggling pharmaceutical products, money transfer schemes, ways of avoiding export ban used by criminal groups.
